What
you’ll do:
As the Director of Partner Account Managers (PAMs), you’ll play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of Partner Account Managers to achieve their goals while fostering collaboration and optimizing partnership effectiveness.
The PAM team is constantly developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued partners, driving mutual value and growth while ensuring their success along the way.
This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our partner's success strategy and drive growth within the businesses. This role provides the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with industry-leading cybersecurity professionals. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success, this role is for you.

Within 1 month, you will:
      • Get acquainted with our partners, teams, and current strategies
      • Begin to mentor and guide the Partner Success team
      • Start developing the overall partner success strategy in line with the company's objectives and business goals

Within 3 months, you will:
      • Establish strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
      • Lead sales for large opportunities.
      • Implement training plans and conduct training on sales skills, forecasting, Meddpicc, etc
      • Implement methods to measure partner performance and KPIs.

Within 6 months, you will:
      • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
      • Evaluate and monitor partner performance and KPIs.
      • Develop and present regular reports to senior leadership on partner success metrics, team performance, and overall progress toward the companies' goals.
      • Share feedback and insights with the product and marketing teams to influence future product development and marketing strategies.

What
you’ll bring:
      • Proven experience as a Director of Partner Success Manager, Channel Account Manager, or similar partner-facing role.
      • Strong understanding of partner management principles, best practices, and strategies.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Familiarity with CRM systems, partner management platforms, and collaboration tools (Hubspot,Salesforce are a plus!)
      • A results-driven mindset, being self-motivated, and possessing excellent organizational skills will enable you to meet and exceed sales targets.
